Recently, I took a vacation. Destination: Google Earth. While browsing the planet from above, I stumbled upon a collection of interesting images: Places that look like paintings or canvases rather than physical soil.

I was impressed by the colors, shapes and and the variety of patterns that I observed in these images. Little attention was payed to the geographical location, but rather to the composition and expression of each image.

I wanted to keep these images at hand, so I made myself a little gallery.
